We currently ship within the UK.
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking (if applicable).
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to postal issues or force majeure events.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
Free shipping may be offered for qualifying orders or promotions (details will be clearly stated on-site when available).

Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not satisfied:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with any tags still attached.
Returns must be initiated by contacting us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We do not accept returns for:

Personalised or custom items
Digital products (once downloaded/accessed)
Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in resaleable condition

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
